The Alícia Foundation works with the new TV3 programme “Collita pròpia”.
The Alícia Foundation research team are working with the programme "Collita pròpia” as regular collaborators. Every week they recover old recipes or give advice to make better use of food. Toni Massanés, director of the Alícia Foundation, journalist and gastronomic communicator, will also be a regular part of the programme.
“Collita pròpia”, which begins this Wednesday, 11 June, with Lídia Heredia and Francesc Mauri, wants to recover our enormous heritage of food products. Each episode is devoted to a product (oil, bread, rice, pork) or a group of products (fruit, market garden products, fish and shellfish). Lídia Heredia and Francesc Mauri will follow the journey of this food from the fields or the farm to our tables. All this with the ever-present philosophy of seeking the best products as locally as possible.
