Summer memories in Sant Benet
When the sun sets the monastery is a magical place where it is possible to bring back memories of the past. We offer you a different journey to get to know the summers of the early twentieth century in which the modernist painter Ramon Casas and his family became the summer residents of this remote paradise, a place where time stands still.
The music of a gramophone, an old photograph or a glass of absinthe will be the perfect excuse to visit the various corners of the monastery where the painter left his mark. An itinerary that will help us to relive those summers of yesteryear but also to discover characters who deeply marked the life of the artist such as the model, lover and wife of the painter Júlia Peraire.
A special visit, delicate and designed to know the most personal stories of this unique place.
The tour will end with a taste of period drinks. There will also be a glass of cava for those who prefer it.
At Món Sant Benet we are eager to share with you its unique environment you and that is why we are prepared with all the necessary security measures to ensure that you can enjoy the visit with maximum safety.
