L’Ó restaurant, awarded in 2013 with a Michelin star, was born with the aim of making clients enjoy themselves with all of their senses, just as much as we do with our daily work. We combine a pleasant, warm and careful service with common objectives in order to transmit with clarity the messages that are hidden behind the recipes themselves and to define every day our way of understanding gastronomy.
Jordi Llobet offers an evolutionary cuisine that combines modernity and tradition, basing himself on memory, creativity and the product. Suggestive and bold recipes with the most innovative technique at the service of the traditional flavours and ingredients of homemade cooking.
This young chef accumulates a long career as a first-class cook. He has participated in many international championships and was awarded second prize for ‘Best Young Spanish Chef’ in 2008, as well as collaborating on many occasions on television programmes and working experiences with some of the most prestigious chefs in the world, such as Martín Berasategui and Juan Mari Arzak.
His professional career has been shaped by the more than 10 years that he has been at the front of the restaurant El Cingle de Vacarisses, where he has earned a Michelin Star. For the last five years he has been responsible for the integral restoration of Món Sant Benet, especially in the banquet and social celebration department, which has contributed decisively to the success and recognition that our cuisine currently has in the country’s gastronomy.
